The Delphi Silver DS-21 is a USB and Bluetooth diagnostic interface for compatible passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, vans, trucks and buses. It works with supported Delphi and Autocom software on a Windows laptop, PC or tablet (computer not included).

- Intelligent System Scan (ISS) for supported control units
- Service-light and service-interval resets
- Component activation and adjustment where supported
- ECU coding, parameter adjustment and component configuration where supported
- Diesel injector coding, DPF regeneration, electronic parking-brake service and TPMS functions on supported vehicles
- VIN recognition and diagnostic-report saving where available
- Flight-recorder function; memory card not included
