Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of OBD Dynamics. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when you submit a request or create an account.

Content and availability

Content is provided for the site’s stated purpose. Information, prices, availability, service areas, delivery times and third-party offers can change and are confirmed only by the current order, written quotation or owner response. We may update, suspend or remove a feature to maintain the service.

Accounts and submissions

Keep account credentials private and tell the owner if you suspect misuse. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, confidential third-party or malicious material. You retain rights in material you provide, while allowing the site operator to use it to answer and administer your request.

Third-party links and affiliates

Links to another provider lead to that provider’s site and terms. Affiliate links are labelled on the site and are governed by the Affiliate Disclosure.

Limits and contact

Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If something on the site is unclear, use the contact route before relying on it. The site owner should add its legal identity, physical address and preferred dispute contact before launch.
