DELIVERY AND SHIPPING –

We courier via The Courier Guy. Service is generally 24-hour delivery but can take maximum 3-5 Business Days in remote and outlying areas.

Expected Delivery Times

We ship products Monday through Friday, and we aim to have your product shipped within 24 hours (2 business days) of receiving payment confirmation. These delivery times are calculated from the time we receive confirmation of payment on the order.

Tracking Your Order

We will send you a tracking number as soon as the package has been posted. The tracking number will be sent within 1-2 working days after payment has been received into our bank account.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS –

Due to the nature of the Business, we do not offer Returns or Refunds for products that have been ordered incorrectly, or for software compatibility issues with the client’s laptop or Tablet, or due to insufficient technical skill to operate the software. Diagnostic Scanners and Equipment is limited and dependent according to Vehicle manufacture protocols and may not work on every vehicle. Strictly No Returns or Refunds.

LIABILITY –

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of services that may result from not being able to use this website for any reason. We are also not responsible for any damage or loss of services that may result from the use of products acquired from this site.

SALES RECORDS –

It is your responsibility to maintain a record of your sales and transactions.

Sales Agreement

When you place an order and we receive a properly completed order form and payment, an agreement of sale or order is formed. By continuing with a transaction, you are confirming that you have read and understood our terms and conditions, which are legally binding.

REPAIRS –

Products With Warranty: The Warranty Is With The Manufacturer And Not The Seller OBD DYNAMICS, And All Shipping Expenses To Repairs Are On The Buyer’s Account.

Repairs With Shipping Time May Take Up To 2 months

SUPPORT –

OBD DYNAMICS provides The Basic Support To All Our Customers and are Not Liable For Training Or Installation of The Products. We are also not liable should you not be able to diagnose a vehicle or use a special function for that vehicle.

SOFTWARE INSTALLATIONS –

All software installations done has to be charged at a specific rate accordingly. This will also include Remote dialling in via TeamViewer or Anydesk. OBD DYNAMICS will not be liable if the Operating system does not meet requirements and does not offer a lifelong support should the program not function properly or mistakenly get deleted.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS –

Our offering is available to South African residents only, and we do not sell outside the South African border.
