THINKCAR THINKSCAN Max 2 Full-System Diagnostic Scanner
The THINKSCAN Max 2 is a wireless Android diagnostic scanner for advanced DIY users, mobile technicians and workshops. It combines full-system fault diagnosis, AutoVIN, live-data analysis and 28 commonly used maintenance functions in a compact tablet. The Bluetooth VCI lets you work around the vehicle instead of remaining beside the diagnostic port.

Diagnostic Functions
Access available systems such as engine, transmission, ABS, SRS/airbag, body, climate, steering, battery and other fitted electronic modules. Functions may include reading and clearing DTCs, ECU identification, live data, freeze frame, actuator information and automatic system scans. Standard OBD2 functions include readiness monitoring, O2-sensor and onboard-monitor results, EVAP testing where supported, vehicle information and emissions-related fault diagnosis.
28 Maintenance and Reset Functions
The supplied maintenance software covers popular workshop procedures including oil reset, electronic parking brake, battery matching, steering-angle calibration, ABS bleeding, DPF regeneration, injector coding, throttle adaptation, TPMS reset, gearbox learning, EGR adaptation, suspension and AFS resets, sunroof and window calibration, AdBlue, NOx sensor, coolant bleeding, start/stop and other supported functions. Availability varies by vehicle and control module.
Active Tests and ECU Coding
Bi-directional active tests can command supported components such as lights, windows, locks, fans and actuators to help isolate faults. ECU coding may provide supported adaptations, component matching and vehicle customisation. These advanced functions require a separate paid software subscription for the relevant vehicle brand; they are not universally included for every make.
